Tribeca, NYC Condo

Project: Living Room & Dining Room Design
Style: Modern, eclectic

The Objective

When moving from an all-white beach front space in Miami, this client faced a new design challenge when faced with the classically NYC all-brick interiors in their new Tribeca condo. The main objective was to create a design that felt like home in a brand new city.

Design Notes

During our orientation session, we decided to draw design inspiration from SOHO House Hotels for their eclectic patterns and balance of traditional and modern pieces. To brighten up the space and give it a bit of playfulness, we first sourced a neutral geometric rug. We grounded the space with a black marble coffee table, dark walnut furniture, and brass accents. A complete revamp of the bar area meant custom 72” floating shelves with a Zellige tile-inspired backsplash.
