Our all-inclusive full service is ideal for those looking for a highly personalized design transformation of their space without lifting a finger. Beginning with an in-depth conversation about your story, taste, and lifestyle, we translate your personal expression directly into your space.

The Process

Our extensive knowledge of quality materials means you’ll find solace in timeless product selections for years to come. Through a seamless three-step design process, your project is efficiently managed from start to finish.

  • In this first step, we visit your space for a two-hour session to learn all about what makes you unique, uncover your project goals, discuss your lifestyle needs, and determine your design preferences.

    We take detailed photos and measurements so that you can be certain everything we specify will be the right size for your space.

  • Stage 1: We curate a custom moodboard, floorplan, and paint/minor construction recommendations for your space and share this design presentation virtually or in person. If you have any feedback, we include one revision round to make updates before moving on to the next stage. Once approved, painting and minor construction work is scheduled.

    Stage 2: We source one to three options for each furniture piece and share them in a virtual or in-person design presentation. If you have any feedback, we include one revision round and source one to three alternate options for each item as needed before moving on to the next stage. Once the furniture selections are approved, we place the orders right away.

    Stage 3: Repeat stage two for decor and lighting selections, including a design mockup.

  • We track the order details, share shipping timelines, and communicate with each vendor’s customer service teams meticulously to keep the project organized. All orders are shipped directly to your project address or scheduled for white glove delivery where possible on an ongoing basis.

    Once all products are successfully delivered, we work with third-party vendors to securely install and arrange your pieces for the big reveal on installation day. We take photos to capture your incredible design transformation!

Perks & Pricing

We create custom quotes for each project according to several factors that will be determined during a one-hour preliminary consultation session. For transparency and simplicity, we utilize a combination of flat rate and hourly pricing. On average, our service fee ranges from $2,000 to $4,750 per room, depending on the room size, quantity of products needed, and any unique project details. The lower end of the range fits rooms that need about seven products total with no construction work.

Design Package

  • Best for those outside of Los Angeles looking for virtual design guidance and collaboration with the confidence to manage the finer details. We’ll help you uncover your style and provide the expertise required to seamlessly bring it to life. Includes:

    • A one-hour virtual design orientation session

    • Design presentation with a moodboard, floorplan, and one option for up to seven furniture and decor items

    • One revision round to request adjustments or alternate items

    • List of product links for separate purchase

  • Custom quotes will be provided depending on your project scope. Quotes range from $650 to $950 per room. Consider your space transformed.

Moodboard

  • Perhaps you’ve worked at your apartment design for years, but can’t quite get it right. Or maybe you’ve just moved into a new home and need the perfect color scheme. We’ll create two different mood boards for your space based on your personal style. Choose your fave and we’ll send a short shopping list.

  • Flat fee of $250 per room.

Advice Hour

  • This one-hour consultation call is ideal for those with specific questions that can be addressed in under 60 minutes. We’ll meet virtually or in person and provide expert answers to your design conundrums.

  • $85 for a virtual session. $145 for an in-person session (Los Angeles residents only).

 FAQs

  • We encourage you to find a budget range that reflects what you are comfortable investing in to elevate both aesthetics and functionality. For full service, a minimum furnishing budget of $5k per room is recommended.

  • Project timelines vary based on the scope, how quickly we can make decisions, and product availability. We estimate one to two weeks for moodboards, one to two months for design packages, and two to six months for full service.

    For full service, we employ the below strategies to ensure projects are completed as quickly as possible:

    • Our first phase, the design orientation session, is as in-depth as possible allowing us to align on a draft vision for your space before the first design presentation is shared.

    • We integrate revision rounds and due dates at each phase to ensure your design is adjusted before we get too far into the process.

    • Once items are approved, they are ordered on an ongoing basis to avoid delays, prevent stock issues, and allow pieces to arrive as quickly as possible.

  • We’re based in Los Angeles, California, and may be available to travel for anadditional fee. Our singular solutions can be completed virtually.

  • We source online and in person through a collection of trusted vendors, small businesses, and vintage shops. Keep in mind that you're hiring us to ensure that a cohesive vision is brought to life, so please hold on making any purchases once the project has begun.

  • Our design orientation phase allows us to gather intel about your style and preferences so we are aligned on a vision before the first design is even created. During our included revision rounds, we welcome you to share any and all feedback so we can tweak the design until it’s just right.

  • For full service, one revision round is included at each stage of the design development phase. We will request your feedback at that time via email and make any changes you’d like. If you’d like additional changes after the included revision round, we are happy to accommodate at our hourly rate, $85 per hour.

  • For singular solutions, payment is required in full upfront. For full service, a 50% deposit is required to procure our services, and the remaining 50% is invoiced when the first design presentation is shared. Additional revision round requests are invoiced on a rolling basis. Invoices are shared through Stripe and are due within 7 days. Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit, or Zelle. A 5% fee applies to credit card and direct deposit payments.
